Refund Policy.

1. Open Challenge entries (₹199)

Each monthly Open Challenge entry carries a one-time fee of ₹199 per challenge. Because access to the full challenge brief, materials and mentor review is granted immediately on registration, entry fees are non-refundable once a registration is confirmed.

• Duplicate or failed payments: If you are charged more than once for the same challenge, or a payment is debited but your registration is not confirmed, we will refund the extra or failed amount in full.
• Challenge cancelled by Maekido: If we cancel a challenge before it opens, every paid entrant receives a full refund or a credit toward another challenge — your choice.

2. Boot camps & school partnerships

In-school boot camps and partnership programs are arranged directly with each school under a separate written agreement. Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms for those engagements are governed by that agreement, not by this page.

3. How to request a refund

For any eligible refund (duplicate charge, failed registration, or a challenge cancelled by us), email contact@maekido.in or message us on WhatsApp with your name, the challenge, and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
